SUMMARY

SQUIRE is looking for a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team! We’re looking for a campaign marketer who lives and breathes email automation, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization — someone excited to use smart segmentation, compelling content, and actionable data to drive real pipeline impact.

In this role, you’ll combine creativity, strategic thinking, and technical execution to develop and run multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads, build pipeline, and support revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to create trigger-based programs, define funnel stages, and ensure seamless tracking and attribution.

Your work will span campaign strategy, lead lifecycle optimization, email and landing page development, and campaign reporting — all in service of one goal: driving growth through high-impact marketing.

REPORTS TO

Sr. Director, Demand Generation

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify campaign themes, audiences, and high-opportunity moments aligned with pipeline goals.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, kickoffs, QA, deployment, and retrospectives.

  • Build and optimize email nurture programs and automated drip campaigns that move leads through the funnel.

  • Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance, and report on campaign and funnel metrics.

  • Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales, and Brand to launch integrated GTM campaigns.

  • Ensure proper lead scoring, routing, and attribution are in place to track ROI.

  • Use tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce to deploy campaigns and measure results.

  • Continuously test, analyze, and iterate to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in campaign marketing, digital/email marketing, or demand generation (B2B SaaS or high-growth environments preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Customer.io, Iterable or Braze) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).

  • Proven ability to build scalable email and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the lead funnel and lifecycle metrics.

  • Excellent written communication and project management skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing Ops, Sales, and Creative.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Base Salary ($130,000 - $150,000)

  • New hire stock grant

  • 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401K plan with company contribution

  • Generous PTO and Parental Leave policies
