The Marketing & Communications team is responsible for connecting the world to lifelong transformative learning. In 2016, we began hosting accredited online degrees provided by our university partners, which provide a more convenient, lower-cost, “stackable” means of earning credentials identical to their traditional on-campus counterparts.
Job Overview:
As the Degree Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Degree Domain Strategy team by coordinating the planning and execution of domain marketing campaigns. You will help ensure that all marketing activities are properly scheduled, aligned with programme goals, and executed on time. With guidance from the Degree Domain Strategy team, you’ll communicate the value propositions of our degree programmes across learner touchpoints through well-organized marketing plans that support student recruitment and cohort growth. The right candidate is a self-starter with strong data analytics skills to monitor and diagnose programme performance, and thrives in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.
Our ideal candidate is eager to learn new marketing skills, has excellent communication and writing skills, possesses strong data analytics abilities, and is someone who can effectively manage and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely execution of Degrees marketing activities. Responsibilities:
Use data and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programme and domain performance, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement.
Support the Degrees Marketing Team with degrees marketing execution.
Project manage and execute marketing plans for a portfolio of degree programmes, ensuring the plan is delivered on schedule.
Manage email campaigns, including email setup, scheduling, copywriting and/or liaising with agency, QA, and deployment scheduling.
Deploy and update a range of onsite promotional placements.
Manage degree pages, including editing and creating landing pages using Contentful.
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrated ability to support campaign execution and coordination.
Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in admissions for higher education/marketing in higher education
Experience using data and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
Comfortable working with data dashboards and tools to monitor, diagnose, and improve campaign performance.
Previous experience with key marketing tooling: Contentful, Braze, Amplitude
Experience with email marketing
Fluency in Spanish highly desired, but not mandatory
