Deal Desk Manager

We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager who will be responsible for structuring deals and preparing and managing sales quotes, specifically focusing on the Americas region.

Responsibilities:

  • Structuring Deals:

Prepare Quotes that align with client requirements and maximize mutual benefit.

Utilize knowledge of Creatio’s products, SaaS metrics, and data analysis to perform complex calculations.

Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to ensure contractual compliance and financial viability.

  • Project Management:

Lead sales operational projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.

Conduct regular project meetings, document progress, and escalate issues as needed.

Provide solution options and prepare comprehensive project briefs and documentation.

  • Ongoing Tasks:

Develop and maintain compensation plans for Quota Carrying Representatives (QCRs).

Regularly update and cleanse customer data in the CRM system.

Monitor and update currency exchange rates and other relevant data.

  • Documentation:

Structure technical information into clear, concise business language.

Prepare instructional materials for sales teams and other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and complex calculations.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

  • Experience in sales operations or deal desk management preferred.

  • Proficiency in English.
