Join us at Raketech, the powerhouse in iGaming affiliate and performance marketing🚀

We seek a passionate, quick-thinking Data Manager to drive our vision forward. With our finger on the pulse of the industry, we’re propelling growth and innovation. Ready to make your mark in the dynamic world of iGaming? Let’s shape the future together at Raketech!

The Role:

Are you ready to shape the future of data at Raketech? We’re looking for a strategic, business-savvy, and hands-on Data Manager to lay the foundation for our next-generation data platform. In this role, you’ll turn fragmented marketing and performance data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across SEO, product, content, and beyond.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who blends technical data expertise with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the business. You’ll lead key initiatives, define our data vision, and help build a culture of data-driven thinking — all while preparing to step into a future Head of Data role.

At Raketech, you’ll be more than just a data professional — you’ll be a business partner and future leader, driving meaningful change and innovation through data. If you’re looking for a role where you can build, influence, and grow, this is your moment.

Let’s build Raketech’s data future together.

As a Data Manager, you are expected to:

  • Lead the design and rollout of Raketech’s unified data platform, ensuring it meets current needs and scales with the business

  • Consolidate data from affiliate platforms, GA4, Search Console, and other key marketing and SEO tools into a central, usable system

  • Build and maintain data pipelines that ensure accuracy, governance, and accessibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their goals and help them unlock insights

  • Recommend and implement the right tech stack (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Redshift) based on long-term needs

  • Champion data literacy and support teams in becoming more data-driven

  • Contribute to setting up a scalable and sustainable data function that supports growth

  • Experience leading or owning end-to-end data projects, from architecture to delivery

  • Strong grasp of data modelling, ETL pipelines, and governance best practices

  • Proficiency in modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

  • Hands-on experience with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Databricks

  • Familiarity with third-party platforms such as GA4, Search Console, or affiliate reporting tools

  • Strong communication skills – able to connect data solutions to business outcomes

  • Comfortable working across teams and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliation or iGaming

  • Exposure to SEO, CRO, or performance marketing analytics

  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
