Data Entry & Processing Specialist - Office Administration

The Role

As MyDiary grows, so does our need for meticulous and dedicated individuals. While our core team takes on a diverse array of tasks, we require a specialist to focus on the essential nuts and bolts that keep the machine running.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry: Inputting and updating our CRM with accurate details from schools and other stakeholders.
  2. Order Processing: Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, cross-checking details for accuracy.
  3. Document Management: Assisting in the management of essential documents, ensuring they're stored and retrieved effectively.
  4. Supporting the Main Office Administrator: Assisting with various administrative tasks that can be handled remotely, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and software.
  • Previous data entry or order processing experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies like Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, especially written.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.

This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations. We are looking for someone who values precision, can maintain a steady pace, and upholds the highest data integrity standards.
