As a Data Analyst, you will help build and sustain a data-driven culture by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights through Qlik dashboards and data analysis. In this position, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Qlik dashboards to support business decisions with actionable insights

  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and deliver timely, accurate analysis

  • Ensure data quality and consistency across all analytics deliverables

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams in the United States to gather requirements and develop solutions

  • Play an integral role in building, delivering, and maintaining BPM’s analytic environment as part of the Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) team

For this position, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing Qlik dashboards

  • Proficiency in Qlik and data visualization best practices

  • Strong understanding of SQL and experience with ETL processes

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices

  • Experience with other data visualization tools and platforms
