We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Specialist with 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing customer relationship systems, who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to drive customer engagement and business impact through data, process improvement, and execution excellence.

About the Role

Manage and optimize our instance of HubSpot CRM for a leading core and digital banking company. This role is critical in ensuring the CRM is configured, maintained, and utilized effectively across the organization to support marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive adoption, data quality, and process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM, including user management, permissions, and configurations.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial industry standards.

  • Customize fields, pipelines, workflows, and dashboards to support core and digital banking operations.

  • Implement automation to improve lead management, onboarding, and service processes.

  • Manage integrations with core banking systems, marketing tools, and third-party apps.

  • Maintain clean, accurate data and deliver insightful reports for leadership.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to align CRM with business goals.

  • Provide training and documentation, promoting CRM adoption and best practices.

  • Stay current on HubSpot updates and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM (or similar) in banking, fintech, or regulated industries.

  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing, Sales, or Operations Hub) preferred.

  • Experience with CRM integrations, automation, reporting, and third-party tools.

  • Familiarity with core banking operations, customer lifecycles, and compliance standards.

  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data management tools a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills.
