About The Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management system and ensuring the effective implementation of CRM strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Update and maintain customer records, ensuring that every interaction is captured to build robust profiles.

  • Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies, duplicates, or other sneaky issues that may arise. Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system functionality.

  • Work closely with our business intelligence team to generate insightful reports on customer behavior, sales performance, and operational metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize CRM-related processes. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives. Identify bottlenecks and pain points, proposing solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Support the development and execution of customer segmentation strategies. Implement CRM campaigns, workflows, and automation processes to drive productivity and effectiveness.

  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to commercial and operations teams, swiftly resolving any queries or issues that arise.

  • Conduct training sessions for users on CRM functionality and best practices, to ensure they unlock the full potential of the system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3 to 5 years) working with CRM systems, preferably with Hubspot.

  • Prior experience in technology, B2B app-based companies in fintech/startup or financial services industries will be strongly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork ethic with an execution mindset.

  • Strong understanding of customer segments, messaging, and CRM best practices.

  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Extraordinary business acumen and ability to see the big picture and dive deep as required

  • Passion for finance, technology and start-ups and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Prior experience in an ASEAN market (working or educational)
