What weβre looking for
We are seeking a dynamic CRM Developer to enhance our communication strategy on Braze. You'll be responsible for creating engaging emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and more. Additionally, you'll ensure seamless data integration between Braze and other systems. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creative flair, ensuring every message resonates perfectly with our audience.
Responsibilities
β’ Analyze and Clarify Client Needs Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM requirements for emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and more, translating them into technical specifications.
β’ Execute Customer Requests Perform code changes, enhancements, and bug fixes in Braze to meet client needs and improve system functionality.
β’ Support Brand Growth Develop and implement innovative CRM solutions using Braze to drive the ongoing growth of the brand.
β’ Optimize Message Development Use best practices in developing emails, push notifications, and in-app messages, ensuring compliance with regulations and accessibility standards.
β’ Prepare and Execute Campaigns Design, develop, and deploy Braze campaigns with dynamic content to maximize engagement across various message types.
β’ Perform Quality Checks Conduct rigorous quality checks on all Braze CRM solutions to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
β’ Investigate Performance Issues Diagnose and resolve performance problems in Braze campaigns and CRM systems to ensure optimal delivery and engagement rates.
β’ Collaborate with Teammates Work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and workflows in Braze for better efficiency.
Qualifications
β’ 4+ years of experience in CRM Development in Braze including 2 years as a Software Engineer (GoLang preferred or experience with Java or Python)
β’ Strong proficiency in Braze CRM Development, 2+ years of experience of developing on top of braze (Emails, IAM, Whatsup, Push, Content cards etc)
β’ Strong proficiency in Administering and Configuring Braze
β’ Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (conditionals, loops, comparisons, filtering, assigning variables, and variable types.)
β’ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for crafting and styling dynamic notifications
β’ Experience with templating languages such as Handlebars.js, Mustache, Liquid, MJML or similar templating language
β’ Experience leveraging JSON data models when building templates
β’ Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
β’ Experienced with leveraging RESTful APIs
β’ Experience with Git
β’ Braze Developer Certification required
β’ English at C1 level
Soft skills:
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Experience collaborating with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives.
Bonus:
β’ Experience working an agency setting or working with external clients.
β’ Basic knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.
β’ Braze Certifications (Braze Practitioner, Braze Marketeer, Braze Strategist, Braze Technical Architect)
β’ Design skills
