About the Role
Were looking for a Creative Strategist / Project Manager with 3+ years of experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles and develop marketing campaigns that are both effective and memorable. You will conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and identify new opportunities for a leading US-based agency. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives and ensure that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
Develop Campaign Strategies: Align creative concepts with client goals across e-commerce, lead generation, and mobile apps.
Own Creative Strategy:Analyze performance data to identify trends, top-performing ad elements, and areas for improvement; develop actionable creative briefs for designers and video editors, aligned with client objectives and platform trends; write engaging and conversion-focused ad scripts tailored to platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google; ideate and propose creative concepts for A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Oversee Production: Manage the end-to-end creation process for videos, graphics, and ad copy.
Optimize Creatives: Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing elements and improve campaign efficiency.
Monitor Trends: Adapt strategies to align with the latest platform updates and audience behaviors.
Report Insights: Present actionable performance insights to clients, guiding future campaign directions and optimizations.
Project Management:Act as the primary liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring clear communication and feedback, and manage timelines and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in a related field
Strong scriptwriting and copywriting abilities, particularly for short-form ads
Proficiency in analyzing ad performance data (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok analytics, etc.) to inform creative decisions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Experience coordinating creators, influencers, or production teams
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team collaboration
Preferred: Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition for mobile apps and/or subscription brands, familiarity with ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Preferred: Knowledge of creative testing strategies, including hooks, CTAs, and A/B testing frameworks, and aproven track record of delivering successful ad campaigns that meet performance KPIs
Ability to work in US Eastern Time hours (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)
