About The Role We’re looking for a Principal Creative Lead who blends high-caliber design thinking with hands-on design. This is a strategic and executional role for a creative leader who not only sees the big picture but can bring it to life in detailed, thoughtful, visually arresting ways.

Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints, including motion, imagery (photography and illustration), layout, typography, and color
Maintain a strong connection to the visual identity system, ensuring brand integrity while knowing when and how to push it
Lead creative reviews, stakeholder check-ins, and cross-functional alignment around design vision and intent
Develop and establish a clear creative process, in partnership with PMs, that brings the right people in at the right time, ensuring feedback is clear, actionable, and on time
Evaluate and respond to feedback with clarity, balancing creative standards with cross-functional needs and realities
Able to distinguish great work from good, with a clear point of view on what raises the bar
Detail-oriented and system-minded, you understand how a single design decision impacts the entire experience
Strong in stakeholder communication and creative leadership, able to guide alignment across multiple teams
Comfortable pivoting based on new information or constraints, but able to discuss when feedback risks breaking system cohesion or design integrity
Mentor junior designers and provide direction to maintain consistent quality and brand standards
Partner with external vendors and agencies to ensure brand consistency across all materials
Stay current with design trends and tools, translating these into our communications and design
