About This Role:

The candidate selected for this role will assist with the following:

  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate various vendor contract types, including MSAs, SOWs, consulting, software and other service contracts. 

  • Collaboration: Work with iRhythm’s Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Legal teams and other business partners throughout the organization to ensure alignment of legal and business terms. 

  • Contract Management: Track contract status, maintain accurate contract databases, and manage contract-related documentation. 

  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the company and vendors.. 

  • Compliance: Working with internal legal counsel, ensure contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. 

  • Support and Advice: Provide support to other departments on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, negotiations, and contract terms.. 

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion utilizing the company’s CLM system. 

  • Process Improvement: Help develop and improve forms, policies, templates and playbooks.

  • Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (with a focus in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field, beneficial). Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification a bonus.

  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis. 

  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, including relevant regulations and compliance standards. 

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and interpret complex legal documents. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting, negotiating, and explaining contract terms. 

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts, maintain detailed records, and track contract deadlines. 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Essential Skills:

  • Strong business and personal ethics and integrity.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision in a team and matrix environment, sound judgment and strong attention to detail.

  • Experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature, document management, and contract lifecycle management.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Very competitive within the current market and commensurate with experience

Estimated Pay Range

$72,000.00 - $90,000.00
