Description: Under the direction of the Director of Legal Operations, the Contracts Administrator will independently review contract redlines and provide timely responses. The Contracts Administrator will also lead contract negotiation calls on behalf of ImageTrend. This role will support internal customers on deal strategy as it relates to contractual documents and customers’ procurement processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Reviews and revises a variety of SaaS contracts with customers including state and municipal governments, as well as national and regional health care organizations

  • Negotiates and explains contract terms with internal and external customers, as needed

  • Provides regular updates and communication regarding contact status and facilitates meetings when necessary

  • Analyzes and mitigates risk in relation to contract terms

  • Leads contract negotiation calls with customers to resolve open issues, as needed

  • Uses Salesforce and other tools to ensure contract organization and efficient data capture

  • Helps with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of contracting policies, procedures, and strategies, while ensuring internal contract documentation is accurate and well maintained.

  • Meets with and maintains excellent working relationships with clients to discuss both legal and business matters and make sure their needs are met

  • Researches requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with company goals and industry regulations

  • Provides advice and guidance to different ImageTrend teams relating to contract generation and existing obligations

Requirements:

  • Paralegal certification, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Proven experience in contract management, including reviewing, writing, redlining, file management, and negotiating, preferably in healthcare, government procurement, or a related field.

  • Attention to detail and analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ensure contract execution in accordance with company policies

  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, collaborating effectively with others to exchange information, negotiate outcomes, and influence decisions.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data flow between sales, contracts, and finance teams

  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments as a collaborative team player, adept at navigating shifting priorities and tasks while maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure and deadlines.

  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter and work independently within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Outlook

  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information

  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation

  • Ability to travel as required, up to 10%

This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy. Deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $80,000 - $100,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
