Ideally, you'll bring with you:
Conversion-Focused Creativity: Track record of producing content designed to engage prospects at every stage of the funnel—awareness, consideration, and decision—and to convert audiences into qualified leads.
Storytelling & Quality Standards: Great eye for what makes content truly stand out in terms of clarity, voice, and value.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to research, analyze performance metrics, and apply insights to continuously refine content strategy for improved conversion rates and ROI.
Project Management & Collaboration: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) and manage content releases on time and on budget.
Curiosity & Innovation: Willingness to seek out new ideas, trends, and tactics—and the courage to test and implement them.
