Blackbaud Corporate Impact is seeking a Content Marketing Manager who can serve our suite of corporate solutions in the marketplace. The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing compelling content for Blackbaud Corporate Impact, that inspires, influences and educates our audience on the importance of social impact.
A keen and creative copywriter with a passion for storytelling, the Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating multiple types of content to support Blackbaud Corporate Impact and our customers including, but not limited to; whitepapers, blogs, case studies, thought leadership content and website content.
The role will report to the Marketing Lead UK & Europe. This individual will work and collaborate closely with the Product Team, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops & Automation and others to inform and engage Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market growth and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
Write, research and compile new whitepaper content, infographics and other content addressing key topics related to social impact.
Craft key features, thought leadership pieces, case studies and press releases to communicate Blackbaud’s Corporate Impact solutions.
Develop thought leadership pieces to increase industry exposure.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure website content is accurate and up-to-date.
Support the writing of relevant CRM marketing content to aid Demand Generation campaigns.
Work with Product Marketing to create assets that enable Sales to effectively communicate.
Collaborate on media partnership management and lead on all content deliverables
Evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement organic social media campaigns, developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of followers through Linkedin and new emerging channels.
Support delivery of UK event management strategy, creating content and supporting admin tasks.
Recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, partnerships, and technologies to drive goals.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of SaaS Content Marketing experience
Expert copywriting skills to influence and educate audiences
Strong time management, project management and collaboration skills
Knowledge and understanding of various marketing channels (social, email, digital)
Knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms
Working knowledge of content management system; WordPress preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in events, desired
