The RoleAs the Content Marketing Lead, you will play an integral role in highlighting how we help finance leaders unlock solutions that allow them to move away from the accounts payable (AP) paper push of the past. This is where marketing truly meets helping people. You will lead our content marketing efforts on one of our core product offerings, partnering with sales, product, client success, and marketing to create product marketing material for strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns, reaching our current and potential clients with tailored messaging that speaks to their unique pain points to develop and cultivate long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and edit different types of content, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative, style, and brand voice, in alignment with the company’s brand strategy and core messaging.

  • Create incredible content that drives brand awareness, sales enablement, lead generation, existing client upsell, and market engagement.

  • Deliver effective and impactful content on a multitude of projects including blog posts, research reports, white papers, social media posts, emails, digital campaigns, case studies, video scripts, thought leadership bylines, and more.

  • Proactively identify content gaps and liaise with key stakeholders in the company to fill those gaps.

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all assets and platforms.

  • Manage the creative process from start to finish, working closely with our in-house design team to create engaging, eye-catching content in alignment with our brand’s language.

  • Continually refine and improve our content, based on feedback and analytics.

Ingredients

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of content marketing experience preferably at a fast-growing early-stage to mid-size SaaS/Fintech company.

  • Proven success leading content marketing strategy with a focus on product marketing to drive consistency across marketing materials and messaging.

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing and a strong history of collaboration with sales, product, and client success teams.

  • Highly creative with multiple years of experience creating content for blogs, ebooks, one-sheeters, product descriptions, in-app notifications, and all forms of marketing collateral.

  • Skilled at prioritizing, managing expectations, gaining buy-in, and effectively executing on content marketing efforts.

  • Strong adaptability, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and rapid change.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

  • Experience with Analytics (Google Analytics), CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation a huge plus.
