Configuration Management Analyst
Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Program Management Office (PMO) with broader modernization, agile, rapid-application capability maturity and prototyping efforts.
Duties/ Responsibilities
The Configuration Management Analyst's roles and responsibilities will meet the below detailed objectives of the contract to include, but not limited to:
Demonstrated experience and ability to create and sustain Change and Configuration Management policies and processes for an Information Technology (IT) organization
Responsible for identifying and accomplishing critical tasks, performing analysis of functional and technically complex Change and Configuration Management issues and development of solutions
Ability to manage meetings, track suspense dates for action items, and prepare and deliver executive presentations
Provide support for analysis and evaluation of Change and Configuration Management strategies, policies and processes and develops plans, metrics reports, templates, and checklists for Configuration Management compliance and continuous process improvement
Responsible for creating Change and Configuration Management training materials and conducting Change and Configuration Management training
Ability to guide a team of configuration management specialists in recommendations and alternatives for best practices concerning new technologies that affect Change and Configuration Management processes and policy
Required Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, and proficiency with the Microsoft Professional Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project and Visio
Technical skills in assessing IT services and support for best practices
Knowledge and experience with the ITIL framework
Must have knowledge and experience working with:
Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 5000.01, The Defense Acquisition System
Interim DoD Instruction 5000.02, Operation of the Defense Acquisition System
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction 6212.01E

Able to obtain IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission

Proven track record of timely, accurate and complete work, independently managing multiple tasks with changing timelines and deliverables

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with various staff levels and teams across the agency, including technical teams
Possess and demonstrate the interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
Education and Experience:
5 years of Change Management experience
Bachelor's Degree
Must hold a Certificate in Configuration Management (CMII Certification or equivalent, PMP would also meet this requirement)
Must possess an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 (V3) or higher certification
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II (desired)
Travel Requirement:
Contractor personnel shall not be reimbursed for local travel, which is defined as within a fifty (50) mile radius from the primary place of performance
Potential for up to 10% travel
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to Obtain Public Trust

$75k - $90k
