Company Overview: Justin Rabinowitz (Founder of Strive2Move and Rehab Chiro Coach) helps chiropractors and health care entrepreneurs achieve breakthrough success in their practices and personal lives. Because of our company's success, were hiring for a brand new position within our company. This position, Community Manager is one that ensures our clients achieve and maximize their results. Role Summary In this role, youll be the go-to person for onboarding new members and guiding them through the entire program experience. As both community manager and operational coordinator, youll ensure seamless participation and a positive, results-driven environment. This position includes a competitive base salary plus an incentive for each participant who successfully completes the program with measurable success. This is telecommute/work from home position. Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Conduct welcome calls and ensure participants understand the program structure, goals, and resources.

  • Community & Engagement: Foster a supportive, active online community; coordinate group discussions, Q&A sessions, and events.

  • Participant Support: Regularly check in with individuals to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate wins.

  • Operational Management: Handle scheduling, manage program calendars, and coordinate materials to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Success Tracking: Monitor results, gather feedback, and share success stories to highlight participant achievements.

  • Events Management: Our clients will be invited to in person events/meetings at our events and your job is to ensure their attendance and work with the client on logistics of dates, times and travel etc, to ensure their smooth arrival

Qualifications

  • Experience in program management, customer success, or community coordination.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse groups.

  • Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Proficient with online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, project management software, community platforms).

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
