Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

About the role
As Community Lead, you will be the driving force behind our thriving finance community, both online and offline. Your mission: ensure Finary’s finance forum remains the #1 destination for meaningful financial discussions.
You will report to Florian Bidaut, Growth Lead.
What you will do
Maintain a highly qualitative experience through excellent hosting, positive atmosphere, and proactive moderation, while also fostering community growth and engagement through user-driven content and meaningful interactions
Be the community’s face, fostering organic growth, leading events, and actively engaging with users across platforms.
Build and nurture an engaged, thriving community around Finary’s mission and products, ensuring active participation and high retention
Organize bi-monthly meetups throughout France to strengthen member connections and brand loyalty
Identify and activate ambassadors to foster organic growth and community advocacy
Monitor community sentiment through qualitative and quantitative analysis
You'd be a great fit if you:
are native in French with excellent written and verbal skills & fluent in English
have successfully built and nurtured online communities, ideally in the finance space
are a natural communicator. Whether it’s crafting a compelling post, jumping into a live Q&A, or moderating a heated debate, you bring clarity, empathy, and energy.
have a passion for personal finance
make decisions based on data. You track what works, spot trends in community engagement, and use numbers to iterate and improve.
love creating meaningful experiences
