Clinical Quality Specialist
The Opportunity:
The Clinical Quality Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting providers who partner with Grow Therapy. You’ll be part of the Clinical team working to help providers achieve the highest standards of care, clinical outcomes, and client satisfaction. This position is responsible for outreaching licensed therapists and prescribers to strengthen their skills and knowledge, promote continuous quality improvement, and ensure that clinical practices align with regulatory requirements and best practices in the field. The Clinical Quality Specialist will work collaboratively with the Clinical team to drive excellence in client care and contribute to the overall mental health outcomes of care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serving as the clinical point of contact for providers
Conduct outreach to contracted providers to support best practices and documentation competency
Review and respond to low-level client complaints and support payor quality reviews
Help foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and open communication among providers
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
1-3 years of experience in clinical work and/or quality assurance, auditing, compliance in a behavioral health environment or at the payor level
Familiarity working with or supporting clinical or frontline teams, with an understanding of documentation standards, risk awareness, and service expectations.
Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in creating clinical guidance and educational materials for providers
Familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms, EHRs, or telehealth-based care models
Role Details: Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Base Compensation: The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $117,000 USD annually.
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
