Are you looking for an exciting and VERY unique role in the healthcare industry?

The right person for this role is a customer experience ninja. They are obsessed with making sure clients are NOT satisfied, but delighted.

You will be responsible for supporting our membership community so they have all they need to be successful in addition to managing the day to day operations of our mostly on-line company.

We are a rapidly growing Business Coaching Company in the healthcare industry. We help chiropractors from around the world grow their businesses to help them make more money, get more free time with their families, and treat patients exactly how they want.

The founder of the company is a chiropractor, national speaker and author of 3 books who grew his own successful companies from scratch and now shares his business skills and knowledge with others worldwide.

We have experienced rapid growth in the 24 months that we have been operating and now need help to keep up with the large demand of our coaching program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delight Our Members: Oversee and ensure a world class Client Experience for our members

  • Help us Be Organized: Develop and document key systems and manage resource databases

  • Report the Numbers: Bring the Leadership team the most important numbers so we can make smart decisions based around the data.

  • Plan awesome events: We have several live events each year and the planning and organizing is a crucial part of it

  • Make sure we get paid: Manage all billing procedures

What You Need:

Outstanding Customer Service Skills

Process and system orientated with experience of using CRM software(cannot be a tech novice but dont need to be a wizard)

Super Organized and gets stuff done quickly and efficiently

Skilled at planning, organizing, scheduling and budget in an efficient, productive manner

Ability to follow through on commitments: live up to verbal and written agreements.

Learn quickly and have an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information

Persistence - tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done

Proactivity - act without being told what to do. Bring new ideas to the company.
