Position Overview:

Our Client Service Team provides account and technical support to our existing clients, who contact us by phone, email, and chat. Our team prides itself on delivering friendly, helpful service that exceeds our clients' expectations. The suggestions and feedback we gather from our interactions directly affect how we develop our offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent Client Service through deepening client relationships by delivering post-sale support to our clients using a robust knowledge base
  • Build trust with each client interaction by responding quickly, completely, and professionally
  • This exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. Your work will make a far-reaching impact on our team, services, and processes.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or electronically
  • Quickly and effectively understand client needs
  • Utilize our proprietary knowledge base to ensure client success

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide exceptionally attentive service in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Experience using and maintaining a knowledge base
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and learn new information on-the-fly
  • 2+ years experience in client service, preferably in a business services environment utilizing Client Service Software
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have strong computer literacy skills
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google G-suite and Adobe Acrobat

Location and Hours:

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday remote position. Our standard operating hours are 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Travel is not required. Local candidates are preferred.
