ABOUT THE ROLE
Teikametrics is currently on the lookout for a visionary and capable leader to join our dynamic team as our next Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic and hands-on CTO will play a pivotal role in steering our technology and product development efforts as we continue our rapid growth journey, scaling beyond $100M+ in ARR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding our talented tech team, shaping our technology roadmap, and ensuring alignment with our mission to revolutionize the world of AI-powered Marketplace Optimization Platforms. This role entails the strategic direction of our technology stack, fostering innovation, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to drive Teikametrics' success in a fast-evolving marketplace. As a CTO at Teikametrics, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our technology vision, drive product excellence, and lead a dedicated team to create and maintain products that empower our clients while fostering growth, innovation, and customer advocacy.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Simplify and Expand Teikametrics' infrastructure via scalable micro services using the latest scalable cloud technologies (Serverless and No SQL formats)
Collaborate with Product and Senior Leadership to design and execute technology to support business requirements to scale Teikametrics from $50M to $100M in ARR
Execute infrastructure to quickly expand our data pipelines to multiple major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, etc
Lead and scale the Engineering Team globally while driving a culture of excellence across all global locations (US and India)
WHO YOU ARE
10-15+ years of experience building SaaS technology and leading engineering teams successfully in Big Data environments (Consumer retail, Banking industries a plus
A degree in Computer Science at a leading technical institution
Technical understanding of scalable micro services using the latest cloud technologies
Prior experience leading 100+ engineers at leading SaaS companies
Experience managing a distributed team with a presence in India

Experience in eCommerce and marketplaces, working with marketplaces and platforms (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Google, Ebay)
