Position Overview
We are seeking a Meta Campaign Deployment Specialist to join our media team and execute high-volume, precision-driven paid social campaigns for Vi’s wellness and healthcare clients. This role is responsible for translating media strategies into flawless campaign builds and deployments across Meta platforms, ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising standards while driving measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has deep technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager, and understands the nuances of advertising in regulated healthcare and wellness verticals.
Responsibilities
Campaign Build & Launch
Translate media plans and creative briefs into fully built campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Implement sophisticated audience targeting, including retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike modeling, tailored for healthcare and wellness audiences.
Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters for precise measurement.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all campaigns adhere to Meta’s healthcare advertising guidelines, HIPAA considerations, and Vi’s internal compliance protocols.
Conduct rigorous QA of creative assets, copy, targeting, and tracking prior to launch.
Maintain consistent naming conventions and documentation for all deployments.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor pacing, spend, and delivery daily to ensure campaigns hit performance benchmarks.
Collaborate with strategists and analysts to recommend optimizations, including creative swaps, audience adjustments, and bid/budget changes.
Support A/B and multivariate testing to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with Vi’s creative, strategy, and analytics teams to align campaign execution with client KPIs.
Provide accurate launch confirmations, performance snapshots, and issue escalation as needed.
Contribute to post-campaign reporting by documenting key learnings and deployment insights.
Requirements
2+ years of direct, hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience in an agency or high-volume advertising environment.
Strong knowledge of the Meta Platform. Healthcare/wellness experience is a plus.
Proven success in executing campaigns that meet or exceed performance targets.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
Proficiency with tracking implementation, including Meta Pixel, CAPI, and UTM tagging.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Advantages
