Channel Marketing Program Manager

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Program Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Channel Marketing Program Manager to design, execute, and optimize marketing promotions and campaigns that accelerate growth across our partner ecosystem, adjust existing and introduce new processes and tools for efficient collaboration between channel sales and Marketing teams, drive projects and initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and solution engineering teams to bring impactful programs to life, track performance, and continuously refine our approach. This position reports directly to the Channel Chief.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and launch channel promotions and campaigns, including terms, conditions, and operational frameworks.

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to drive alignment, approvals, and execution.

  • Oversee the development of marketing assets and campaign collateral.

  • Build and manage reporting frameworks to analyze outcomes, measure KPIs, and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and channel enablement teams to align marketing efforts with growth priorities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, resolve program challenges, and ensure smooth execution.

  • Support the implementation of new channel tools and processes.

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales/marketing within the IT industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or program management role.

  • Proven expertise in marketing operations and project management, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Solid understanding of cloud distribution and service provider channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
