Channel Manager
CYE is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Manager to support the execution of our global partner strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Global Partner Management and cross-functional teams to drive partner enablement, operational efficiency, and ongoing partner engagement.
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the global partner strategy by coordinating onboarding, training, and enablement efforts
Assist in recruiting and integrating new strategic partners into our ecosystem
Manage partner documentation, agreements, and operational processes
Develop and maintain partner-facing resources including playbooks, presentations, and training materials
Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and productivity
Help organize partner-related events, webinars, and enablement sessions
Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and support needs from partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner success
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in partner operations, channel enablement, or customer success
Experience in the cybersecurity industry
Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with partner ecosystems and indirect go-to-market models
Proficiency in CRM and partner portal tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms)
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach
