Channel Engagements Specialist
The Channel Engagement Specialist coordinates and organizes the success and execution of channel industry events. The specialist helps project manage events with several variables, setting deadlines and effectively managing timelines and communication. They will manage and build relationships with partners and internal cross-functional teams while presenting results and adhering to event & budget guidelines.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute event planning including, event project plans, budget, operations and logistics, merchandise and communications with all internal & external key stakeholders.
Travels to events to assist on-site event management, including coordination with teams/vendors, logistical requirements, and ensuring smooth event setup and execution, with the ability to provide real-time guidance and addressing last-minute adjustments as necessary.
Presents and networks at tradeshows & conferences on behalf of Pax8, conduct booth sessions, and coordinate other event activities and logistics. Represents the company at trade shows displaying professionalism, resourcefulness, and expertise in Pax8 products and services
Build and maintain relationships with business partners, sales & marketing teams, vendors, compliance, and other critical stakeholders through strategic communication, collaboration, and purpose-driven engagement to deliver a premier event experience.
Assists in the stocking, packing, shipping, and tracking of Pax8 events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attention to detail with the Logistics Coordinator and other team members for Pax8 internal inventory logistics.
Manages and builds relationships with various partners in the channel ecosystem, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), vendors, and partner association groups while successfully cultivating relationships driving growth and value.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and post-event results. Responsibilities encompass debriefing reports, reconciling invoices, and evaluating event effectiveness.
Research industry events and provide insights for industry event strategy. Support other event and marketing activities as needed. Fill in gaps during high event season.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $54,000 to $67,000 or more depending on experience.
