We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Channel Administrator to join our team in the software industry. This role will provide critical support to our channel sales team, assisting in the management of partner relationships, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operational processes within our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the success of our channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Support and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary documentation, training, and resources for a smooth start.

  • Channel Program Administration: Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, certifications, and performance metrics, updating the system as needed.

  • Orders processing: Process orders received manually in a timely manner and help solve issues with the partner order application(s).

  • Operational Efficiency: Manage and update internal systems, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), to track partner activities, sales orders, and contract renewals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Invoicing and Billing Support: Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments, assist with partner commission reports, and address any discrepancies.

  • Sales Enablement Support: Provide channel partners with updated marketing materials, product information, and training resources to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness in selling our solutions.

  • Report Generation: Generate regular reports on partner performance, sales pipeline, and other key metrics for the channel sales team and management.

  • Communication and Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for channel partner inquiries, routing issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline channel processes, increase partner satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an administrative or support role, preferably within the software industry or in a channel/partner environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage partner data, generate reports, and track activities.

  • Ability to compile, analyze, and present data related to partner performance and other metrics.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage and update data accurately across multiple systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle partner inquiries and operational challenges effectively.

  • Collaborative team member who can work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to support channel success.
