🚀 Onboard New Partners – Guide new sign-ups through their first steps in the marketplace and initial transactions
🤝 Nurture Relationships – Build trust and long-term value with both new and existing partners, with a focus on activating dormant ones
📈 Grow the Market – Increase brand awareness, strengthen the pipeline, and fuel regional growth with quality engagement (not just volume)
🔄 Balance & Prioritise – Support active partners while activating those not yet fully engaged
🗓️ Collaborate & Learn – Regular check-ins with your manager, with flexibility for hybrid working and occasional in-person meetings or events

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
