As our Campaigns Manager, Social, you’ll be working closely with Svenja - our amazing Team Lead in the Campaigns Department. You’ll be playing a crucial role in creating social media strategies and campaigns for category-leading brands like Amazon, Taxfix, Haibike, and managing client collaboration for impactful results in the ever-evolving realm of social media marketing.

👣 The impact you will make:

• Creating and delivering captivating social campaigns across diverse platforms to captivate audiences, leaving a lasting impression

• Fostering strong client relationships and exceeding expectations by ensuring superior quality of communication and project delivery

• Planning social media strategies & campaigns and providing everything needed for client pitches

• Fostering data driven decision making by developing analytics reports and collating data from social media staff reporting, presenting campaign insights and trends to all stakeholders

• Steering project timelines with precision and identifying attainable targets

• Tracking market changes, monitoring competition, and staying updated on social media trends

• As a direct contact person, providing expert client advice on their appearance and action planning for impactful advertising

• Assuming operational project management, preparing briefings, and project plans independently

• Assisting clients with strategic and operational aspects of digital activities, and managing status, kick-off, and review meetings internally and externally

Requirements

🧑‍🚀 Who are we looking for? Which traits contribute to your success?:

• Positive work attitude and composure also in times of high growth efforts, you an outstanding communicator showing maturity and presence

• Agency Experience in Online Marketing is a plus

• You are Digital-First and a keen eye for well-performing & viral social media content

• Experience in owned channels marketing (social media management)

• Experience with paid media

• Agile mindset when it comes to feedback, continuous improvement, and learning

• Your mentality is hands-on and entrepreneurial; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your team

• Experience of working in fast paced environment is ideal

• You possess outstanding analytical and organization skills. You look at data and can use it to roll out initiatives to improve campaigns

• Fluent in German and English (both necessary)
