Description:
- Will provide platform support to clients and workers by answering feature related questions and collaborate with the Customer Support team triage and address immediate technical support questions.
- Will drive resolution on escalated customer issues and work with our product team to provide additional visibility into common questions and issues to continuously evolve the client and worker platform experience.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers' complaint or concern; determine the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solutions to solve the problem; expediting correcting or adjustments with following up to ensure resolution.
Schedule: M-F, 8am to 7pm EST (must be available to work 8 hours during this timeframe)
Location: 100% Remote, must be located in either CST or MNT
Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour (weekly pay)
Duration: 2 month contract (possibility for extension)

- Call Center experience is preferred but not required (top employee came from 6 years at Apple)
- Tech and computer savvy
