Position Overview
This Business Relationship Associate will provide outstanding customer service, analyze customers' inquiries and be the front-line service member to our sales partners across the organization. This is a high-visibility role on a fast-growing team with an opportunity to support and contribute to the business's operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with customers after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Own the customer experience answering questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
Liaison and partner with Sales and Operations team providing accurate information to customers
Monitor trends, analysis, data and maintain the sales partner rewards program
Perform all program/product updates analysis and communicate to sales partners
Establish and maintain good rapport with all business partners and customers in a positive manner and anticipate their needs
Document customer interactions, when necessary, compile documents and forward information to interested parties within the organization
Manage and run projects as it relates to the response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
Maintain and update all sales change orders within Service Level Agreement
Maintain knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
Evaluate customer responses and recommend operational improvements
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years and/or equivalent combination of both education and experience, educational degree/preference
Friendly and welcoming manner with customers and other members of the customer service team
Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
Must be available to work weekends to meet business demands
