Business Process Transformation Manager
We are looking for candidates who are located within the Eastern time zone.
Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization: You will conduct analyses of existing business processes across various departments, including sales, finance, and vendor operations. Your mission is to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, opportunities to develop standardized processes, and areas ripe for automation or offshoring. You will design and map out new, streamlined workflows using process improvements to drive significant gains in efficiency and productivity.
Policy Development & Governance: You will be the architect of our internal policy framework. This includes developing, writing, and implementing clear, scalable business policies that align with our strategic goals. You will also establish a robust governance model to ensure policy adherence, monitor their effectiveness, and manage regular reviews and updates.
Change Management: You will be a champion of change. This role requires a strong focus on the human element of transformation. You will develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, which includes creating communication strategies, stakeholder engagement models, knowledge repositories, and training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will serve as the connective tissue between various teams. You will work closely with leaders in technology, legal, and business operations to ensure that new processes and policies are technically feasible, legally sound, and meet business needs.
Performance Measurement: You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process and policy changes. You will provide regular, data-driven reports to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact and value of our transformation initiatives.
Decipher Stakeholder Feedback: You will collect and translate feedback from a large group of stakeholders into clear, actionable requirements and prioritize them according to business goals.
Required Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in business process management or transformation, with a strong emphasis on process and policy development.
Possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to solve complex business problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable, as is the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of change management principles and process improvement methodologies is essential. Experience with policy development and governance frameworks is also critical.
