Business Operations Program Manager
We’re looking for a disciplined Program Manager to elevate execution and accountability within our sales organization. As a program manager, you’ll design operating cadences, track milestones, manage dependencies, and enforce accountability to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Your first mandate will be to partner with our Transaction Management team - driving process standardization, reporting discipline, on-time delivery of every transaction. Over time, this role has the opportunity to expand into the broader BizOps function, leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, and operations. Acting as the central operator, you’ll deliver clear reporting and insights to leadership, build scalable frameworks, and bring structure to complex workflows — all while partnering with teams to consistently raise the bar on rigor, efficiency, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive projects forward with a focus on execution discipline, ensuring follow-up on every task and milestone.
Establish and manage KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to provide leadership with clear, real-time visibility into pipeline health, risks, and team performance.
Act as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on transaction timelines.
Build and maintain standardized playbooks, checklists, and workflows to create consistency and predictability.
Track capacity and performance across the team, reallocating resources as needed to hit all deadlines.
Conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews to provide feedback, reinforce accountability, and build capability for long-term success.
Provide leadership with clear, data-driven reporting on pipeline status, risks, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
7+ years in program or business operations management, with 2+ years managing teams.
Proven success implementing operational frameworks and reporting structures at scale.
Experience managing complex, high-volume workflows in fast-paced environments.
Strong coaching and people leadership skills with a track record of developing talent.
Exceptional organizational skills, with relentless attention to detail, follow-up, and execution discipline.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and external partners.
Proficiency with project/transaction management and CRM tools (Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
Background in transaction-heavy or operations-driven businesses strongly preferred.
What Success Looks Like
All deadlines are consistently met, with disciplined tracking and zero tolerance for slippage.
The team operates with rigor, precision, and accountability, while showing measurable improvement in capability and efficiency.
Team members are supported through coaching and feedback that drives professional growth alongside execution excellence.
Leadership has full confidence that all projects and transactions will close on time and as planned.
We provide
A collaborative, people-first culture with a passion for doing good and enjoying doing it
A unique opportunity to build our brand in the early stages
