Business Manager to Chief Product Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Manager to act as the right hand of the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This Business Manager role is critical in optimizing the CPO’s time, driving organizational efficiency, and ensuring strategic projects and priorities are executed successfully. The Business Manager will serve as a key representative of the CPO in selected meetings and projects, act as a connector across the executive team, and manage follow-up to ensure decisions are implemented effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prioritize and align business objectives with the CPO’s agenda and drive the execution of key initiatives
Establish and manage the Rhythm of Business for the CPO (1:1s, leadership team reviews, priority check-ins, etc.)
Ensure quality preparation for all CPO meetings (agenda, decks, pre-reads, and background materials)
Be present at most of the CPO’s meetings to capture content, follow up on action items, and ensure implementation
Act as the CPO’s representative in selected meetings, cross-company projects, and external engagements
Coordinate business trips including agendas, objectives, customer/partner meetings, and briefing preparation
Follow up after meetings: ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and action items are completed
Serve as a point of contact for requests addressed to the CPO and triage/coordinate accordingly
Help maintain relationships with investors, customers, partners, and other external stakeholders
Provide project management support for selected cross-functional initiatives across Acronis
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven experience as a business manager, chief of staff, or project management role preferred
Experience across different business functions such as product, sales, marketing, and partnerships
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across multiple teams without direct authority
High empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust with executives and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities at speed
Excellent communication skills, with ability to distill complex information into clear actions and narratives
Proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira)
Proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs, connect the dots, and drive outcomes
High potential talent with ambition to grow into a bigger executive leadership position within 2–3 years
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
