Apply for this position

Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection—providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Business Manager to act as the right hand of the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This Business Manager role is critical in optimizing the CPO’s time, driving organizational efficiency, and ensuring strategic projects and priorities are executed successfully. The Business Manager will serve as a key representative of the CPO in selected meetings and projects, act as a connector across the executive team, and manage follow-up to ensure decisions are implemented effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prioritize and align business objectives with the CPO’s agenda and drive the execution of key initiatives

  • Establish and manage the Rhythm of Business for the CPO (1:1s, leadership team reviews, priority check-ins, etc.)

  • Ensure quality preparation for all CPO meetings (agenda, decks, pre-reads, and background materials)

  • Be present at most of the CPO’s meetings to capture content, follow up on action items, and ensure implementation

  • Act as the CPO’s representative in selected meetings, cross-company projects, and external engagements

  • Coordinate business trips including agendas, objectives, customer/partner meetings, and briefing preparation

  • Follow up after meetings: ensure decisions are documented, communicated, and action items are completed

  • Serve as a point of contact for requests addressed to the CPO and triage/coordinate accordingly

  • Help maintain relationships with investors, customers, partners, and other external stakeholders

  • Provide project management support for selected cross-functional initiatives across Acronis

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience as a business manager, chief of staff, or project management role preferred

  • Experience across different business functions such as product, sales, marketing, and partnerships

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across multiple teams without direct authority

  • High empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust with executives and stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities at speed

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to distill complex information into clear actions and narratives

  • Proficiency in collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira)

  • Proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs, connect the dots, and drive outcomes

  • High potential talent with ambition to grow into a bigger executive leadership position within 2–3 years

  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
