Our client is a privately held, woman-owned technical staffing firm that provides staffing and direct hire solutions to the technology space and high level talent to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion verticals.
They offer 100% remote opportunity for a strong technical sales rep that has experience generating NEW mid and high level technical business while being supported by a team of 10-12 recruiters and joining a senior level sales team of 6 that have been with the company for more than 10 years.
No territorial restrictions, flexibility to call anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:
New business development, canvassing, prospecting, hunting, networking
Negotiate contracts, bill rates, markups, and overall staffing solutions
Build relationships with CIO, CTO's, and other technology decision makers
Manage and grow own accounts
Weekly and monthly reporting
Weekly Zoom meetings with team
Achieve and meet goals/metrics and build book of business
Qualifications:
5+ years of technical staffing experience in a selling function
Ability to build strong relationships, grow accounts and uncover new business
Ability to work independently and disciplined to work 100% remote
Compensation:
Salary up to $80k + 6%-11% of contract GM
17.5% of direct hire fees
EOY bonus for meeting goals paid at 1.75%-7.75% of cumulative GM brought in over the course of the year and paid out in January.
