Alpha Recon is a rapidly growing SaaS company that is disrupting the risk technology and management space. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with target segments to build new business for the company. The candidate must be motivated, familiar with SaaS, familiar with risk or security industries, and willing to work for real commission opportunities only initially. There are strong business opportunities already in place. Stock options are negotiable. The candidate will engage in all aspects of direct and indirect sales as well as managing other client success and account executives. This candidate will be focused, driven, and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically, have excellent time management skills, and have a demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies. This is a remote position with limited travel required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close partnership opportunities
- Identify and close direct sales
- Ensure client success for all closed accounts
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business and support accounts
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Report to leadership and stakeholders regarding KPIs and metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- SaaS sales experience
- Customer success experience (Cx)
Candidate must be willing to work for low base, commission and stock options in the interim, during assessment. Do not apply if you expect a base salary from the beginning.
