Responsibilities:

  • Engage in business development activities to support the growth of the business by proactively securing partnerships with KOLs to develop unique and appealing content for Binance Feed.

  • Proactively reach out to potential partners, overseeing the onboarding process, and account management of partners. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with local web3 projects, KOLs, communities and other potential partners.

  • Connect with the local community and monitor industry/competitor trends in order to optimize product, marketing, and operations strategies.

  • Explore new business ideas and strategic initiatives aligned to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking individuals who have a strong network within the web3 community, particularly with web3 content creators.

  • Experience in a business development, sales or marketing role focusing on partnership and acquisition.

  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

  • A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience.

  • Detail-oriented, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision.
