Job Description

Role summary:

We’re midway through migrating our global operations to Salesforce as our core CRM. About 1,000 users are live today, with ~700 more to onboard. We’re rolling out market by market and business line by business line.

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to turn business needs into clear, testable requirements and keep sprints supplied with Definition-of-Ready work. You’ll map processes, define data and non-functional requirements, partner closely with Product, Architecture, Admins, and Engineering, and lead UAT with stakeholders and the CoE—so we can deliver consistently as the rollout scales.

This role is Remote or Hybrid in Spain or Poland.

What you’ll do:

  • Requirement collection/alignment

    • Own requirements from intake to DoR: Produce user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scale).

    • Continuously work with stakeholders to improve quality of request, fulfilling our Definition of Ready with high standards.

    • Partner with architects/engineering to align on solution design.

    • Support PM on requirements discovery with stakeholders.

    • Support reporting & analytics needs (fields, definitions, dashboards) with RevOps/BI.

  • Governance

    • Define data models/taxonomies, prepare data mapping and support migration/cutover planning.

    • Prepare and run UAT with business users; track defects to acceptance; contribute to release notes.

    • Contribute to Business and Technical refinement meetings as well as Prioritisation sessions

    • Drive continuous improvement: templates, standards, and ways of working across teams.

Qualifications

Must-have

  • 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environment.

  • Strong requirements engineering (stories, Acceptance Criteria), process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation (experience with GTM teams ideal).

  • Solid data literacy (object/field design, mappings, basic SQL/Sheets).

  • Experience coordinating UAT and working across product, engineering, or operations teams.

  • Comfortable with Jira/Confluence (or similar) and diagramming tools (Miro/Figma).

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, App Builder) or hands-on exposure to Sales/CS processes.

  • Extensive experience with, and deep knowledge of Jira.

  • Familiarity with QA practices, release processes, or analytics tools

  • Experience with integrations (e.g., CTI system, scheduling, email tools)

Additional Information

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process

We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role):

**As part of our pre-screening process, we ask candidates to complete an SHL assessment to check numerical reasoning skills. This is a short online test that takes no longer than 20 minutes to complete.

1️⃣ Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Acquisition Partner Ashleigh Watson to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation.

2️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper dive into your experience and aspirations with Smita Mohapatra (Salesforce Product Manager). Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too.

3️⃣ Team Interview – Further discussion and opportunity to ask any of those burning questions to Dawid Pietrolaj (Head of CRM & Payments).

4️⃣ References & Offer!

Why You’ll Love It Here

💙 Global Benefits – No matter where you are, you’ll have access to:

  • Healthcare insurance – so you can focus on what matters.

  • Wellness that works for you – from gym memberships to mental health support, we’ve got you covered.

  • Time off that counts – whether it’s a vacation, your birthday, or just a day to recharge, we believe in balance.

  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) after 6 months with us—because we believe in sharing our success!

📍 Local Perks – Depending on your location, you will be entitled to local benefits like meal vouchers (ticket restaurant), transport allowances, or extended parental leave.

🚀 Career Growth – We’re growing, and so can you! You’ll find lots of chances to learn, develop, and explore new paths—whether within your team or through cross-functional projects.

🌎 A Truly Global Team – Work with talented people from all over the world in a diverse and inclusive environment.

⏳ Flexibility That Works for You – Remote work and flexible hours aren’t just buzzwords here. While the extent of flexibility depends on your role and team, we value results over rigid schedules. Prefer an office setting? You're welcome at any of our hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome or Bologna.

Please note: At this time, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position. To apply, you must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role.
