Bridge Building Creative Coordinator

Job Type: Part Time

Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary: The Bridge Building Creative Coordinator supports in visually communicating the mission, impact, and successes of the Bridge Building Team. This person will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a variety of high-quality creative assets used across internal communications, partner presentations, and public outreach materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Production:

  • Create compelling visual content including, but not limited to, infographics, presentation decks (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote), social media graphics, email newsletter banners, and short-form video/GIFs.

  • Ensure all visual assets align with the company's brand guidelines and the specific tone and goals of the Bridge Building Team.

Content Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the team lead to translate complex ideas, data, and initiatives into clear, easy-to-understand visual stories.

  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of design requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.

  • Maintain an organized library of all finished assets and design source files.

Quality Assurance:

  • Proofread and review all design work for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before final delivery.

  • Stay current with design trends and software to continually elevate the quality of our visual communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and administrative support experience.

  • Proficiency in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to challenges.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
