What You Will Do:
Lead and own US-focused marketing campaigns, collaborating with local external and internal resources to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external brands and partners, exploring new opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
Support version update promotions and collaborate with the Shanghai team on global marketing initiatives to enhance our brand visibility in the US and worldwide.
Analyze and evaluate campaign performance data, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive acquisition.
Work with the US marketing team to develop and manage creative assets, including international and localization efforts, to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
Coordinate and plan offline events to promote our games on a broader scale, engaging the local player community and fostering positive relationships.
Utilize a broad understanding of the US gaming landscape and players' motivations to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years of experience in brand management, event marketing, advertising, or creative production.
Strong experience communicating and working with external agencies and partners.
Possess a strong external agency network with a proven track record of successful collaborations.
Broad understanding of the US gaming landscape with a deep curiosity about player preferences. Passion for HoYoverse's games is a plus!
Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for events and partner meetings.
