What You Will Do:

  • Lead and own US-focused marketing campaigns, collaborating with local external and internal resources to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external brands and partners, exploring new opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.

  • Support version update promotions and collaborate with the Shanghai team on global marketing initiatives to enhance our brand visibility in the US and worldwide.

  • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance data, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive acquisition.

  • Work with the US marketing team to develop and manage creative assets, including international and localization efforts, to maintain consistent messaging and branding.

  • Coordinate and plan offline events to promote our games on a broader scale, engaging the local player community and fostering positive relationships.

  • Utilize a broad understanding of the US gaming landscape and players' motivations to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, event marketing, advertising, or creative production.

  • Strong experience communicating and working with external agencies and partners.

  • Possess a strong external agency network with a proven track record of successful collaborations.

  • Broad understanding of the US gaming landscape with a deep curiosity about player preferences. Passion for HoYoverse's games is a plus!

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for events and partner meetings.
