RESPONSIBILITIES
to ensure that the patient’s insurance coverage is active and covers Home Health services;
to request timely an authorization for the services, if required;
to ensure timely and accurate billing;
to verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies;
to communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and concerns;
to collaborate with other departments to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective;
to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
*Education on all of the above responsibilities will be provided
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Superior spreadsheet skills are required
Proficiency in English
Willing to learn new skills
