What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a billing subject matter expert across internal and external teams.
Review and assess partner billing systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Manage high-volume transaction processing with precision and speed.
Deliver customer-centric solutions through proactive communication and relationship building.
Make timely decisions that keep operations moving forward.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support time-sensitive initiatives.
What You Bring
1–3 years of billing experience.
Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/billing software.
Strong phone presence and top-tier customer service skills.
Acute attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
Self-motivation and independence in managing tasks.
Ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences.
Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced situations.
A knack for organizing, prioritizing, and deploying resources efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in tech, cloud, or channel industries is a plus
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $45,169 to $56,462 or more depending on experience.
