About Airtm:

Airtm is the world’s most connected digital dollar account with over 500 different ways to buy and sell digital dollars.  Airtm’s globally accessible dollar account allows anyone to hold their wealth in a stable currency, participate in the global economy and cash out remittances at fair exchange rates.  Our users include freelancers and gig workers who connect Airtm to access stable currencies (USDC) and move money across borders. We are now transforming into a platform for Digital Entrepreneurs (DE).

As of 2024, more than 10% of the world's workforce works online. This digital economy will continue to grow at double digits for the unforeseeable future. This digital work revolution contains the opportunity to give hundreds of millions throughout the global south their financial independence. It contains the opportunity to free people from their local constraints. Giving people, their communities and countries control over their destiny. Incorporated in the United States and registered with FinCEN as an MSB (Money Service Business), we have presence in more than 190 countries.

The role:

Airtm is looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Associate Growth Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic and expanding Growth Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Growth Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives by leveraging data to understand user behavior, optimize our product, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and proactive individual to own procedures from envisioning to execution, making a tangible impact on our core unitary metrics like LTV, CAC, and ROI.

Main responsibilities:

- Data-Driven Insights: Proactively self-service and extract data, performing in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand user pain points, and evaluate the performance of our growth initiatives.

- Strategic Growth Development: Work closely with the Senior Growth Lead to strategically envision and develop new procedures and initiatives that truly create value for our users and drive key business metrics.

- Product & UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with the Product team to develop winning features and UI/UX enhancements, providing data-backed insights on user interaction and potential economic impact.

- Impact Measurement & Validation: Statistically prove the effectiveness of new features, campaigns, and strategic changes by designing experiments, analyzing results, and reporting on their impact.

- Campaign Management & Optimization: Own the end-to-end execution and optimization of CRM campaigns (using tools like Clevertap), ensuring timely delivery, segment targeting, and performance monitoring.

- Loyalty & Referral Program Development: Take the lead on a critical first project: evolving and enhancing our current loyalty program, combining it with a robust referral program. This includes envisioning touchpoints within the product and marketing branding, and customizing programs by use case.

- Metric Ownership: Help oversee and influence key unitary metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Investment (ROI).

What we are looking for:

- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in a data-driven analytical role, preferably within Growth, Marketing, or Product teams.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field.

- Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to get data, analyze it thoroughly, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

- SQL Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is essential.

- Data Visualization & BI: Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools to create impactful dashboards and communicate findings effectively.

- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions to complex growth challenges.

- Marketing & Growth Acumen: Solid understanding of overall marketing principles, growth methodologies, and user lifecycle dynamics.

- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with Clevertap is a plus).

- Financial Literacy: Good understanding of financial concepts relevant to business growth, including unitary economics, pricing, and promotions. Experience building and analyzing product lifecycle pricing promotions is a strong plus.

- Fintech Interest: Experience working in the Fintech industry is a significant advantage.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to diverse audiences.

- Proactive & Self-Starter: Eager to take ownership, work autonomously, and drive projects from inception to completion.

Applications from candidates outside Latam, Bangaldesh & Pakistan will not be considered.
