About the role:
As the Associate Director, CRM Solutions Architect, you will build and manage the architecture behind Hims & Hers customer engagement platform and marketing automation tool, Braze. You will be the CRM team’s subject matter expert on Braze capabilities and available data sets and will ensure we’re using Braze’s features to their maximum capability. You will also define implementation protocols and guide our team to deliver high-impact and error free campaigns.
Strategically, you’ll champion long term technical solutions and processes that empower the CRM team to deliver a personalized and omni-channel customer experience, under the highest standards for security and HIPPA compliance.
Responsibilities:
Establish and spearhead a vision for the capability and technology needed to meet our long-term strategic goals. Help design, implement, and manage new marketing technology solutions.
Evaluate existing tools, drive optimized usage of those tools, and ensure they are being used to their full potential.
Define implementation protocols including best practices and develop training to continuously build speed, quality, and agility within the CRM team.
Ensure total compliance with regulatory, such as HIPAA, CCPA and GDPR, through platform configuration and data management practices. Act as a Braze SME for Healthcare Compliance matters.
Responsible for documentation and deployment of new data sets, field placement and general platform QA ensuring the platform works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
Manage existing and new integrations between all systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring data flows smoothly between systems. Be a key point of contract for daily health of our systems plus triaging bugs.
Build and manage staging environment, in addition to creating end-to-end testing and QA plans.
Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field
5 years experience in a similar role, preferably using Braze or other top tier ESP
Experience in spearheading complete overhaul of an ESP
Ability to phase delivery of solutions that can meet immediate needs, while building towards longer term strategic solutions
Healthcare, insurance or related industry experience a must

An estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 - $175,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying!
