Associate Consultant/Senior Associate Consultant
The Senior Associate Consultant will have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and its dynamics, and the associated evolving needs and challenges of biopharma clients, with a focus on Medical Affairs. In this position, you will work with senior Consultants within MEDiSTRAVA Consulting to design, develop and deliver tailored solutions to help clients navigate changing internal and external environments and expectations, and achieve their goals, whether this is at an organisational, portfolio or individual product level. In addition, the role will involve collaboration with the wider MEDiSTRAVA team and with teams across Inizio on both new business development opportunities and strategic client accounts. The role will also offer opportunities for engagement with industry-leading bodies, such as the Medical Affairs Professional Society, to raise the profile of our organisation and build relationships across the biopharma community.
Core duties:
Support the delivery of a diverse range of projects to a high standard, reflecting client priorities and timelines
Provide input into the design of strategic or tactical approaches, based on an understanding of the client situation and need, as part of the core client team
Build trusted relationships across client and internal Inizio teams
Further develop an understanding of the evolving needs of biopharma clients, and the differences across different organisational types, e.g. emerging biotech vs big pharma
Proactively support new business development activities
Actively engage and help drive strategic account planning and opportunities for organic growth across MEDiSTRAVA

Comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of drug development and bio statistics, pharmaceutical codes of practice and client MLR approval
Supports delivery of consulting projects from kick-off to reconciliation, ensuring delivery to time and on-budget following appropriate financial SOPs
Actively participates in new business response development
Champion for client needs and excellence in delivery
Shows an interest in and begins to understand medical affairs and pharma organisational needs and strategies in the context of our business
Demonstrates strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, set timescales and prioritise
