About Viral Coach

The Appointment Setter Role
Our appointment setters will be responsible for identifying potential clients from our incoming leads, reaching them via phone, email, or text, and scheduling an appointment. The setter will take a number of calls themselves each day to triage and qualify prospective clients before passing them to the sales team for follow-up, as well as work through lists of existing leads to foster relationships and bring them back into the sales pipeline. If you enjoy talking to people, are interested in high-ticket sales, and are passionate about social media, this is the ideal position for you.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities an appointment setter is expected to assume:
Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
Field incoming leads and convert them into appointments
Work through lists of existing leads to re-engage and retarget potential clients
Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
Use HighLevel CRM, Slack, and Google suite to manage various aspects of the job
Demonstrate a pleasant and energetic disposition with each prospect
Properly explain the products and services to prospective clients when making appointments, and ensure prospects are also a good fit for us
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of an appointment setter:
Must have 1 to 2 years of appointment setting, closing, or sales experience, preferrably in B2B or with high-ticket businesses.
Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently and learn our tool set quickly
Must be adaptable and flexible, willing to adjust as business process grow, scale, and change
Must be very attentive to details and documentation
Experienced working in a highly collaborative team environment
Excellent organization skills, able to multitask and jungle multiple clients simultaneously with ease
Some expertise, familiarity, and interest in social media preferred
