About the Role Reporting to the Head of North America Marketing, your mission will be to turn our partner ecosystem into a high-performance growth engine. You’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that drive real pipeline, measurable impact, and long-term value across our North American partner landscape.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who’s equally comfortable building the plan and rolling up their sleeves to get it across the finish line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Channel Partner Marketing – Develop and execute go-to-market programs with 10 key national resellers and distributors to amplify reach and drive revenue.

  • Develop, implement, manage, and optimize Channel Development Fund (CDF) planning, utilization, and ROI reporting to optimize marketing investment.

  • Collaborate with Sales – Partner closely with National Channel Sales Leaders to develop marketing strategies that directly align with revenue goals.

  • Execute World-Class Events & Experiences – Own regional events, customer roundtables, and executive briefings, ensuring every touchpoint delivers impact.

  • Establish Brand Presence & Thought Leadership – Position ExtraHop as a must-have security solution in your region through Social, content, webinars, and local and channel digital marketing.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering strategic joint marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.

  • Identify key signals and trends to help shape a best-in-class Partner Marketing Enablement program.

  • Define how partners engage with ExtraHop throughout the customer journey, and implement a unified, omnichannel marketing approach.

  • Establish and track campaign performance metrics, providing insights to drive pipeline growth and program optimization.

  • Increase adoption of partner enablement tools, including campaign content, event kits, and social media templates for co-branded efforts.

  • Ensure brand consistency across partner-led initiatives and reinforce the ExtraHop value proposition in all joint marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of partner/channel marketing experience in cybersecurity, B2B technology, or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem—including VARs, MSSPs, alliances, and distributors—with experience leading both strategy and execution.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience with MDF budget management and reporting on program effectiveness.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and partner portals.

  • Creative thinker with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

  • Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.

  • Has predictable, reliable attendance.
