Americas Channel Marketing Manager
About the Role Reporting to the Head of North America Marketing, your mission will be to turn our partner ecosystem into a high-performance growth engine. You’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that drive real pipeline, measurable impact, and long-term value across our North American partner landscape.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who’s equally comfortable building the plan and rolling up their sleeves to get it across the finish line.
Key Responsibilities
Own Channel Partner Marketing – Develop and execute go-to-market programs with 10 key national resellers and distributors to amplify reach and drive revenue.
Develop, implement, manage, and optimize Channel Development Fund (CDF) planning, utilization, and ROI reporting to optimize marketing investment.
Collaborate with Sales – Partner closely with National Channel Sales Leaders to develop marketing strategies that directly align with revenue goals.
Execute World-Class Events & Experiences – Own regional events, customer roundtables, and executive briefings, ensuring every touchpoint delivers impact.
Establish Brand Presence & Thought Leadership – Position ExtraHop as a must-have security solution in your region through Social, content, webinars, and local and channel digital marketing.
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering strategic joint marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
Identify key signals and trends to help shape a best-in-class Partner Marketing Enablement program.
Define how partners engage with ExtraHop throughout the customer journey, and implement a unified, omnichannel marketing approach.
Establish and track campaign performance metrics, providing insights to drive pipeline growth and program optimization.
Increase adoption of partner enablement tools, including campaign content, event kits, and social media templates for co-branded efforts.
Ensure brand consistency across partner-led initiatives and reinforce the ExtraHop value proposition in all joint marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of partner/channel marketing experience in cybersecurity, B2B technology, or SaaS.
Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem—including VARs, MSSPs, alliances, and distributors—with experience leading both strategy and execution.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience with MDF budget management and reporting on program effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and partner portals.
Creative thinker with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
Has predictable, reliable attendance.
The salary range for this role is $165,000 - $180,000 + bonus + benefits
