What You'll Be Doing:
Develop backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations;
Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen);
Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites;
Debug and resolve complex production issues;
Analyze customer profiles for risk management and onboarding;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams;
Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence;
What You Need To Succeed:
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development;
Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills;
Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale;
Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements;
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka);
Advanced English communication skills;
