Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

At Figma, we are creating a community of practice where our users can connect, learn, and advance their skills through sharing with one another. Our advocacy team is at the core of the Figma Community—online, IRL, and in various forms of content. This person will play a key role in helping this global team operationalize and execute more efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of teams that advocacy partners with—from sales, customer experience, and product marketing, to events, growth and of course our product teams. If you're an experienced Program Manager who thrives on making an impact by helping teams work more efficiently and removing obstacles, so they can do their best work, then we'd love to hear from you!

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • New project intake and review/triage process: Develop and manage a global process for intake, evaluation, and approval of new projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals

  • Project tracking and visibility: Maintain a comprehensive dashboard to transparently track completed and ongoing advocacy initiatives, fostering accountability and clear communication across the organization

  • Capacity management: Assist regional managers in tracking individual team member workloads, ensuring balanced capacity, and effective resource allocation

  • Reporting, storytelling & impact: Tell compelling stories around advocacy-driven project outcomes, including cross-functional collaborations, champion programs, and direct product influence to the greater organization

  • Cross-functional coordination: Serve as the key liaison between Advocacy and internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Experience, Growth, Product teams), proactively managing dependencies and clearing pathways for successful advocacy execution

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years in program management or operations (within marketing or design teams)

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for streamlining processes and enhancing team productivity

  • Strong analytical abilities, adept at translating data into actionable insights and storytelling

  • Outstanding collaboration skills, capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics and fostering cross-functional partnerships

  • Familiarity with Figma tools would be a great addition

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
